72. A member asked by the board of directors or executive committee of the Order to be a member of a professional inspection committee, a disciplinary council, a review committee constituted under section 123.3 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) or a council for the arbitration of accounts made pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation made under section 88 of the Code, shall accept that duty unless he has reasonable grounds for refusing it.
